Hello world!

My very first blog post is finally here. After quite some impostor syndrome and limiting beliefs I finally decided to give it a go. Scary, yes, but also exciting to do something new. I have always been a very curious person, loving to learn new things, exploring the world and experimenting with all things health and wellness. For quite some time I have felt an urge to start sharing more of my creative passions, so here I am. You might wonder what to expect here… Well, I will be sharing all things wellness and lifestyle. You can expect nutritious yet delicious recipes mixed with various wellness and lifestyle tips for your body, soul and mind. And of course, some glimpses from my life 😃

Over a decent period of time, I’ve felt quite lost in life. I find life to be overwhelming and difficult to navigate at times and sometimes I feel like I’ve lost my true self. Therefore, I’ve embarked on a journey to live my best life, taking care of my body, soul and mind, while living up to my full potential. Not and easy task if you ask me. However, my passions come handy in this, and I’m making progress every day (well, almost 😉) and hopefully my journey and passions can inspire you as well to live your best life.
