My all time favorite chocolate balls

It just felt right that my first recipe here would be my favorite snack that I make over and over again. I even argue that they are more delicious than the regular sweet ones. I promise, you will not regret making these. And by the way, make a double batch cause they won’t last long 😉 They are simple, nutritious and absolutely delicious. Let me know what you think when you’ve tried them!

INGREDIENTS:
– 10 dates
– 0,75 dl coconut oil
– 3 tbsp coffee
– 2,5 dl rolled oats
– 2-3 tbsp cacao powder
– Pinch of sea salt
– Topping: Shredded coconut

HOW TO:
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Once you have a smooth texture, form the dough into small balls and roll them in shredded coconut. Put them in the fridge for about an hour and then dig in. You can of course eat time directly too but I like them better when they have set a bit.
